Where are the shirts being shipped from?

All orders are shipped from Buffalo, New York.

What is the currency for purchases?

At this time, all purchase are made in $ US Dollars.

Do you provide tracking numbers?

YES! We provide tracking numbers for all orders sent to the United States and Canada! Tracking numbers will be provided 24-48 hours after your item has shipped out and will be available online. To find your status tracker, please check your email.

At this time, tracking information is not available for international orders.

Can I customize the color of shirt for my order?

YES! We offer a number of different colors that we are able to print on, although some colors in some sizes are limited to availability.

How do I change the color of my order?

It's simple, when making a purchase, please select the style and color of shirt that you would like the print to be on. Please note that 5XL and 6XL sizes are very limited in colors other than Black and White.
Please note that changing the color of your shirt will not modify the color of the ink. It items appear white on white, black on black, etc, that is how they will appear as the final product.

Can I customize my order?

Yes! At checkout you'll have a box where you can directly notify us of any required changes or special instructions for your package. Just make a note of your prefereance and we'll customize your order.

What colors do you offer?

We offer more than 20 different styles of t-shirts, including:
Black, Charcoal Grey, Daisy, Dark Chocolate, Forest Green, Gold, Irish Green, Light Blue, Light Pink, Military Green, Navy, Orange, Other, Purple, Red, Royal Blue, Sport Grey, Tan, White. At this time we have limited availability of Ringer styles. Red, navy and black ringers are being discontinued and for this reason, your size may not be available in the Ringer style.

What method of payment do you accept?

Currently, we accept PayPal, VISA and MasterCard.

What is the average wait time?

Most orders are produced within 2-3 business days. Once the shirt has been created and shipped out, you will receive tracking information (for orders with the United States and Canada) which will give you an estimated date of delivery. Please note processing times can vary, specifically during peak season (November-December).

The average wait times are estimates for each country. Shipments can vary on carriers and holiday schedules:

United States:5-8 business days

Canada: 5-8 business days

International countries:15-20 business days.

How much is shipping?

The cost for most orders shipped within the United States is $4.95 (USD). The shipping cost is one flat rate. Whether you order one, two or ten shirts, shipping will only be $4.95. There is an additional fee for some items such as hooded pullovers ($19 USD per item).

The cost for most orders shipped within Canda is $6.95 (USD). The shipping cost is one flat rate.Whether you order one, two or ten shirts, shipping will only be $6.95. There is an additional fee for some items such as hooded pullovers ($19 USD per item).

Please note there is additional cost of international orders.

Do you offer rush shipping?

All orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. However we understand sometimes you need (or want!) your shirt faster than the above noted times. At this time we offer the option to Fast Track your order. For an additional $3 USD per item, please select the Fast Track option at check out and your order will be processed within one business day. 

Refunds

We use the latest DTG (Direct to Garment) technology which allows us to print-on-demand. All our shirts are made-to-order and we currently do not accept refunds.

What is your Return Policy?

Only orders that are defective may be returned at this time. Defective items include: rips, incorrect size, style or color by manufacturer and incorrect items. If you believe you have received a defective item, please email dynamicdesignts@outlook.com and include details of the defect and include a picture of the product.Please notify us of your defective item within three days of receiving your order. 

Please note the print on shirts may appear different from the image that appears on www.dynamicdesigntshirts.com. Defective items do not include discrepancies with the print, including quality.

Modified items (shirt color or size changes) may not be returned at this time.
